I just want to say thank you for this video. I have felt down for a few weeks now and this video is one of the only videos that makes me feel peace and calmness

I play this to my 9 year old son at bedtime after we have read a story together. I don’t leave him until he’s snoring lol. He doesn’t struggle to settle & is happy in life but this has always been our thing. His last words are always “love ya whole life Dad” :) I’m proud of you son, sleep well matey! Love ya, Dad XX

Im going thru treatment for a brain tumour, ever since my beautiful courageous sister was brutally murdered by being burnt alive by her abusive bf, sleep for me has been a chore, ive slowly isolated myself from ppl because no one ever showed up. Im physically emotionally mentally just existing not living. I just need peace 🤲😞

So I’ve been off work for about a month now, due to mental health problems I quit my job I hit rock bottom, but today I go back to work but a different job where I started which is nice today my nerves kicked in and I found this really helped calm them. So thank you, and anyone out there struggling just remember you got this and you can get through it I know it’s hard but healing takes time I don’t even think I’ve found myself again just yet, but Il keep trying until I do love to you all ❤
